This year, we're bringing the best flavours from around the world to Cracker Carnival through exciting partnerships with some of our favourite local restaurants! Enjoy authentic Japanese from Tonkotsuya at Carlingford Court, delicious Asian favourites from Noodle Pot at Carlingford Court, rich Indian cuisine from Maharaja's on Carmen Drive, and Vimal’s Catering for some mouth watering Sri Lankan Hoppers and Kottu - made live! We're proud to showcase the incredible food our local community has to offer, making this year's Cracker Carnival our most delicious yet.
MURRAYCCINOS
Murrayccinos Café is back this year with an exciting new lineup in partnership with some amazing local favourites. We've teamed up with Tilted on Carmen Drive for delicious coffee, Loven Bakery for a selection of Asian-inspired sweet treats. We'll also be serving a range of refreshing Asian drinks. Be sure to try our two exclusive Carnival slushies – Skibidi Fizz and Unicorn Fizz – first 100 slushie purchases include a surprise mini resin toy! And of course, no Carnival is complete without freshly spun fairy floss. There's something for everyone at Murrayccinos Café!
BUBBLE TEA
We’re excited to welcome BBT LAB as our official Bubble Tea vendor this year! Specialising in freshly brewed bubble tea for events, BBT LAB will be bringing their crowd-favourite drinks to the Carnival, with delicious flavours and fun toppings to choose from.
BBQ
Follow the mouth-watering aroma to our BBQ & Meat Skewers stall, where freshly grilled favourites will be cooked throughout the day. From classic BBQ favourites to deliciously seasoned meat skewers, this stall is sure to satisfy hungry Carnival-goers. Perfect for a quick bite or a hearty meal, it’s a must-visit for anyone craving something hot off the grill.
KIDS KITCHEN
Get ready for some hands-on foodie fun! Our “Kids Kitchen" activities give children the chance to create their own delicious treats before enjoying them. It’s a fun, interactive experience that combines creativity, learning and a little bit of tasty mess! Perfect for young chefs and curious minds, this exciting activity is sure to be a favourite with the kids.
DIPPIN' DOTS
Cool down with the world’s coolest ice cream! Dippin’ Dots are back at the Cracker Carnival, bringing their famous beaded ice cream in a range of delicious flavours. Fun to eat and loved by kids and adults alike, Dippin’ Dots are the perfect sweet treat while enjoying all the Carnival excitement.
